Add Payment Links to Invoices

Get your invoices paid faster by adding secure Ezidebit payment links to your BetterHQ invoices.

With this setup, clients can click a ‘Pay’ button directly from their emailed invoice to make a secure payment via Ezidebit. Once processed, the invoice is automatically updated to ‘Paid’ in BetterHQ — saving you time and keeping your records accurate.

Enable Payment Links on Invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Locate the Ezidebit Integration tile.

  3. Toggle on Add payment button to unpaid invoices.

  4. Click Save.

Once enabled, all new unpaid invoices will automatically include a ‘Pay’ button when emailed to your clients.

How Clients Pay

  • All unpaid invoices will automatically include a ‘Pay Invoice’ button.

  • Clients open their invoice email and click Pay Invoice.

  • They’ll be directed to a secure Ezidebit-hosted payment page to enter their card or bank details.

  • After successful payment, the invoice is automatically marked as Paid in BetterHQ.

  • The transaction will appear in your Payments Report, labeled as ‘Ezidebit - Invoice’.
