Accidentally deleted something important? Don’t worry, in many cases, we can help recover lost data. Please note that this is a paid service and isn’t included in standard HelpDesk support.

What this service covers

Our data recovery service can assist with recovering certain types of deleted or lost data, including:

  • Customer records

  • Appointments

  • Notes

  • Invoices or payments

  • Other account-related data

Note: Recovery depends on what was deleted, when it was deleted, and the type and volume of data involved.

Pricing

  • $220 per hour (incl. GST)

  • Minimum charge: 1 hour

  • Most recoveries are completed within one hour

  • More complex recoveries or larger volumes of data may require additional time

This cost covers the expertise of senior system administration staff and the use of temporary cloud infrastructure to safely investigate and restore your data.

Before we proceed

Please let us know what was deleted, approximately when it was deleted, and any relevant details about the data involved.

Based on this information, we can:

  • Confirm whether recovery is possible

  • Provide an estimated cost before any work begins

No recovery work will be started without your confirmation.

Important notes

  • Data recovery is provided on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed

  • Availability depends on system retention and data type

  • Recovered data will be validated with you before the request is closed

How to request data recovery

  1. Review the pricing and notes above

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a cost estimate before starting work
