Add Reminder Templates

Reminders Templates are used when you set the reminder settings for an appointment. You could have multiple formats e.g. Appointment reminder, group reminder or a 'We have not seen you in a while' reminder. Once you have added Reminder Templates you can use them to customise automated messages (Email and SMS) to your clients at a pre-determine time using auto reminders.

Tip: Be mindful when sending templates using SMS as SMS are charged on a per credit (character limit basis) and can become costly if long.

Keep SMS templates short.

Email templates can be longer.

You can also include SMS or Email in the template name so you can easily tell the difference between them, making sure you select the appropriate one for SMS when sending.
