BetterHQ helps with cross team communication with SMS and Email. You can easily send SMS and Email to a single team member, broadcast it across sub groups or even send to your entire team.
To Message a Team Member:
Select the team members to message from your Team Members list in Settings and clicking the red 'Message Team' button.
OR Select the team members to message by going to Marketing > New Message and selecting the Team Member Toggle.
OR Click here.
Select the delivery method (SMS or Email) in content, add a message and send.
