By default, on your Calendar page your Appointments will show the start time and the clients full name. However, Better HQ offers many display options for your Appointments depending on the amount of information you would like visible on the Calendar page. Increasing the data displayed inside your Appointment box can make it easier for you to manage your scheduling and clients.

Choose what data to include in Calendar Appointments from Better HQ options:

  1. Go to Settings > Calendar > Manage

  2. In the Calendar box below Appointment Details, select the appointment data you would like to be displayed in your Calendar from the drop down menu.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Once the option has been selected, the view on your calendar will be updated.

Appointment data display options:

  • Start Time - Client Full Name

  • Client Full Name - Start Time

Create a custom label for your Appointment display:

  1. When making a new Appointment on the Calendar page, the Appointment pop up screen will appear.

  2. In the 'Label' box, write a custom text that will be shown on the appointment on the Calendar page.

  3. Click Save.

  4. The custom label will now be displayed in the Appointment box on the Calendar page.
