BetterHQ allows you to send a welcome message to new clients that have been added to your account. Simply formulate a message and enable the feature in your settings! You also have the option to add forms to your welcome email for your clients to fill out.

  1. Go here

  2. Or, go to Settings > Messaging > New Client Welcome

  3. Click the 'Enable' toggle to send a Welcome Message to your New Clients.

  4. Select a Message Type using the dropdown menu. Choose whether you would like your welcome message to be sent via email or SMS. You can also choose both SMS and Email as your message type, ensure both templates are filled out.

  5. Add a Subject/Title for your Welcome Message.

  6. In the Text Box, write the contents of your welcome message. This may include a little bit about your business such as your team members, offers or location.

  7. If you would like a form to be sent as part of your welcome message, go to 'Automatically send a form with the New Client Welcome' and tick the check box. Select the form to be sent using the drop down menu. A button (if email) or Link (if SMS) will be added to the client welcome message linking directly to the form for the client to complete.   8. Save.
