Add payments to Invoices

Adding a client payment to invoices is easy and it's done from the 'Pay / Invoice' screen. The payment window is shown when clicking the 'Pay / Invoice' button when:

  1. Making an appointment from the calendar

  2. Adding a sale from Sales

  3. Taking an appointment directly from the Client page

How to Take the Payment From the Calendar?

  1. First, you need to launch the New Appointment popup.

  2. Once the appointment pop up has been launched, complete the details on the new appointment screen.

  3. Click 'Pay / Invoice', the payment screen will launch

  4. On the payment screen you will see the amount due on the left, and then you can record the payment methods on the right.

  5. Once done, Click the 'Pay' button .

    1. You also have the option to Pay + Email or Pay & Print.

  6. The status of the invoice will be PAID

How to Take the Partial Payment from the Sales Screens?

  1. First, you need to launch the Sell package or Sell Merchandise

  2. Either select an already created invoice for payment, or build a sale for payment.

  3. Complete the Sales details on the form

  4. Click 'Pay / Invoice', the payment screen will launch

  5. On the payment screen you will see the amount due on the left, and then you can record the payment methods on the right.

  6. Once done, Click the 'Pay' button

  7. If you want to make a change, click CANCEL and make the required changes

  8. Can make the payment again when clicking Pay/Invoice button

  9. The status of the invoice will be PAID

How to Take an Appointment Directly from the Client Page:

  1. First, you need to launch the Add Client page.

  2. Once the add client details page appears, complete the details on the form.

  3. Create Appointment from the client page, complete the details on the form

  4. Click 'Pay / Invoice', the payment screen will launch

  5. On the payment screen you will see the amount due on the left, and then you can record the payment methods on the right.

  6. Once done, Click the 'Pay' button

  7. If you want to make a change, click CANCEL and make the required changes

  8. Can make the payment again when clicking Pay/Invoice button

  9. The status of the invoice will be PAID
