Data migrations completed by our Migrations Team are free of charge once you have signed up to a paid subscription.
We aim to complete migrations within 3 to 5 business days of a Migration date that has been confirmed by our Team. However in rare instances with large volumes of data this can take longer although generally is arranged in consultation with you where we can plan to import most data on a certain day.
Please note when exporting your data from your existing software, please ensure you select .CSV or .xls as the format type. If you require attachments we will discuss further with you upon reaching out to provide the necessary formatting.
